License Types

1.1. Individual License (Artist Account)

‍Grants access to Music Atlas and/or Music Prism for a single user. Non-transferable, for personal use only. May not be shared, sublicensed, or used in classrooms or commercial settings.

1.2. Studio License (Private Teachers & Studios)
‍
Allows instructors to use Music Atlas with up to 25 student accounts. Includes lesson-tracking tools and access to printable or digital resources. Not valid for district-level or public school use.

1.3. Classroom License (Schools & Institutions)
‍
Designed for public and private school classrooms. Licenses are issued per teacher (up to 10 classrooms).

1.4. District License

Allows use across multiple classrooms and schools. Includes administrative dashboards, educator training, and priority support. Custom pricing and implementation available through contract.

1.5. Music Prism Plugin License

Available as individual, academic, or commercial licenses. License terms vary depending on use (personal, educational, or professional production). Commercial use (e.g., music released commercially or used in client projects) requires a commercial upgrade.

Restrictions

Users may not redistribute, reverse engineer, or modify proprietary source code.‍ No resale or repackaging of Music Atlas IO content is permitted. AI models and curriculum resources may not be used to train third-party AI or LLMs. Shared logins are prohibited and may result in suspension.

Intellectual Property

All curriculum materials, software code, AI models, and branding are the exclusive property of Music Atlas IO. Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license under this policy. Use outside of the scope of the purchased license requires written permission.

Termination

Licenses may be terminated without refund for violation of this policy. Users will be notified in writing and given an opportunity to resolve any breaches when possible.

Support & Updates

Licenses include access to updates and bug fixes during the subscription period. Premium support is available for Studio, Classroom, and District licenses.
